About IM

Mission Statement

Industrial Massage, Inc. serves organizations of all sizes by increasing their employee productivity and morale through a unique and customizable pain intervention program.

Founded in 2005, Dale Newman utilized his MBA along with his experience in rehabilitation massage and sports medicine backgrounds to pilot a unique and customizable pain intervention program for a Fortune 50 company in the Pacific Northwest. Workplace injuries were on the rise and this organization needed a program that would address the worker's pain, discomfort and task difficulties before they became injuries that would take the worker off the production line. Newman applied sports performance philosophies of returning the athlete to competition in as little time as possible to the industrial worker. Newman's program produced astounding results- reducing and oftentimes eliminating the worker's pain, discomfort and task diffuculties; in as little as 15 minutes.
